Lisa Total Investigation

Editorial Worth it

Lisa Total Investigation is an ambitious adult VN that commits fully to its premise: a branching mystery thriller laced with explicit content and morally gray choices. The story follows Paul and his fiancée Lisa through a criminal investigation that increasingly bleeds into their intimate relationship, with player decisions shaping how far the corruption and transformation go. Community consensus is sharply divided by content fit, not quality. Fans of NTR, pet play, objectification, and extreme fetish content praise the game's writing depth, volume, branching paths, and frequent updates; they find the narrative genuinely compelling beneath the explicit material. Players without those specific interests, however, report the content becomes inescapable and alienating—one reviewer bluntly noted the story reaches points where "there's no way to move forward" except through fetishes they found boring or repulsive. The renders are generally solid (with some AI inconsistency noted), and the story moves with real momentum and consequence. This is a well-made game for a niche audience; it simply isn't for everyone, and the reviews make that split abundantly clear.
