A side-scrolling action game set at Shukujincho Girls Academy, a prestigious private school plagued by a legendary insect outbreak that occurs once every century. Players fight horrific monsters that attack schoolgirl students, rescuing them from sexual peril through action-based combat. The game alternates between 2D side-scrolling sections and 3D classroom views during rescue events. It features over 50 erotic pixel-art scenes with full color animation, and multiple endings determined by how many girls the player manages to save.
