Infectious Mansion 2

A 2D side-scrolling action game where you control one of two protagonists—Yuki and Saika—navigating through a gore-filled, infected estate. The setting is steeped in body horror: a mysterious contagion has transformed Saika's father into a monstrosity, and the player must uncover the source of this pandemic while fighting off grotesque mutant creatures. Armed with shotguns, knives, grenades, and melee weapons, you explore the estate, defeat enemies through real-time combat, and manage your character's health via a diary system. The game blends exploration, action gameplay, and dark horror atmosphere with frequent encounters designed to overwhelm the player.
