How to Build a Flying City

You become the acting mayor of Tisryle, a city that has escaped imperial rule by taking to the skies. Now you must manage resources, expand industry, recruit allies, and defend against waves of enemies—from bandits to imperial forces—who seek to destroy your flying city. The game combines city-building and strategy elements: upgrade production facilities to increase food and income, strengthen defensive structures, research weapons, and build housing to grow your population. In parallel, recruit and develop a team of 15+ characters, each with unique skills and abilities, to defend Tisryle across 32 challenging stages. Beyond combat and management, build relationships with the female characters in your city through story events and personal bonding, unlocking special abilities and narrative branches as you progress.
