Horny Police: Lust Plague and the Handjob Ninja

Horny Cop is an adult narrative game set in Pleasure City. The player controls Kaeryn, a skilled but rule-breaking police officer recalled from suspension to combat an unusual plague affecting the city's male population. The plague causes extreme arousal at night while preventing climax, leaving men wandering the streets in desperation. Kaeryn must use her sexual skills—primarily handjobs—to relieve afflicted men each night, gaining experience and improving her abilities. The goal is to accumulate enough skill and experience to ultimately stop the plague.
