Editorial Has potential
Goblin Hole is a combat-adventure game built around a core concept that lands well with its audience: a female protagonist who can't be permanently killed, while enemies can. The art and sprite work earn consistent praise, and players appreciate the premise and creative direction. However, the game is actively unfinished and plagued by persistent technical issues. Performance degrades significantly during intense scenes (especially sex encounters with multiple enemies on screen), causing freezes that can lock players out of progression. Boss encounter bugs have been partially patched but new ones appear with each build—invisible enemies, warping glitches, and state-management failures. Several players report install issues (missing MSVCR120.dll, antivirus flags, launcher crashes). The developer is responsive and patching regularly, but players are hitting a wall: the game is promising but currently too broken and unfinished to recommend unless you're willing to work through significant bugs and incomplete features.
