Fetish Love is a dating sim with four distinct fetish routes (dom-mommy, femboy, tsundere, and voyeurism/NTR content) that land well for their audience—characters are engaging and visuals are decent. However, the game suffers from sloppy execution: Russian defaults as the base language with no startup selector, translation errors persist ('fisting' for 'fingering', name-glitches), relationship progress vanishes after save/reload, and some story beats trigger out of condition. Grinding is tedious (coffee-shop work repeated excessively), minigames lack clarity and feel unpolished, and there's no scene gallery to replay unlocked content. The ending underwhelms.
