Femdemic

Femdemic is a witty, trans-affirming idle clicker where you lead an alien bacterial race that induces male-to-female body transformations in human hosts. The game features two distinct story paths: Liberation Mode, a wholesome narrative about helping trans women find their place in society, and Compliance Mode, a sexually-charged fetish scenario where the infection spreads through reproduction. Gameplay revolves around growing bacterial factories, targeting specific body and brain areas to enhance host productivity, and unlocking customizations ranging from hair colors to creature-themed outfits. As your hosts embrace their new bodies, you must navigate political opposition attempting to shut down the transformation.
