Editorial Has potential
Ere Lies the Morrow is a time-travel VN with branching choices that genuinely matter, built around a protagonist who returns to his university days facing a looming tragedy. The developer has been transparent about design: relationships are optional, fetishes are avoidable, and characters have independent lives—rejected LIs may pursue others, which some players welcome as realism and others reject as unwanted content. The core premise and relationship system have drawn genuine interest from early players. However, community feedback is sparse and mostly consists of short notes or conversation with the developer; meaningful critical opinion on the writing, pacing, or character work is limited, making a full creative assessment difficult. What exists suggests a solid foundation for a choice-driven narrative, but the game is early and very short—players actively want more content before rendering a real verdict.
