Elisha, an ordinary woman living in Aqua Alicia—a sprawling city run by competing gangs—is kidnapped and forced into debt after her father disappears. Unable to defy the gangs' iron law, she must work in a government-controlled brothel to repay what was owed. As she navigates this harsh and unfamiliar world, Elisha discovers camaraderie among others trapped in similar circumstances. The game combines adult-oriented sandbox gameplay with a narrative about survival and connection amid systemic exploitation. Players manage Elisha's work, take lewd photographs to attract higher-paying clients in various locations throughout the city, and unlock side stories by helping other workers. Beneath the surface, an emerging drug crisis threatens the city and everyone Elisha cares about, raising questions about her missing father and what truly matters to her.
