Editorial Meh
Dragon Girl X Remake is a Dragon Ball-themed adult RPG that seems to have a small but engaged fanbase, primarily drawn by its character roster — Chi-Chi appears to be a particular draw. Creative ambitions are noted, though some players miss key characters like Master Roshi, and at least one reviewer is holding out hope that the remake improves on what they felt was a weak ending in the original. Opinion on the premise is lukewarm at best, and the RPG format itself has drawn skepticism from fans who preferred the earlier visual-novel approach. The current build, however, has serious problems. Multiple platforms are affected: Android users report game-breaking soft-locks after early encounters, black screens on launch, and disappearing controls. The game ships with Spanish text even when English is selected — a fundamental localization failure. Navigation is unclear enough that players cannot tell bugs from missing design. The developer appears responsive, but the build as it stands is too unstable to recommend.
