Don't Do Anal for 1 Minute or You'll Become a Dick RPG

A dark fantasy RPG where a cursed hero's sexual desire and anatomy grow exponentially with real-time gameplay. The protagonist must engage in sexual acts with allies, monsters, and townspeople to temporarily manage the curse; failure to do so results in loss of control. Each sexual encounter weakens the affected character's stats and remaining availability, until they are permanently removed from the party, leaving behind a special item. The game features fully automated combat where team composition, equipment, and strategic use of touch-based mechanics are key to success. With four difficulty levels, multiple endings determined by player choices, and extensive post-game content including scene replay, it offers both casual and hardcore playstyles.
