Deranged Edition

You are an 18-year-old trainer from Unova who arrives in Carnalosia, a depraved region corrupted by forbidden madness 15 years ago. Ruled by the elite Vanguard trainers, the region operates under a licentious order where gym badges grant licenses for increasingly explicit sexual acts with defeated trainers. The game combines classic Pokémon-style battles and exploration with adult-oriented relationship-building and intimate scenes. As you progress through 8 gym leaders, the Elite Four, and ultimately the Champion, you uncover a conspiracy involving masked conspirators and Team Vice, who seek to control the source of the region's corruption. Along the way, you build relationships with lustful trainers, engage in optional futa content, and navigate branching story paths shaped by your choices across multiple quests and hidden time-based events.
