Editorial Meh
Daring Events is a rough proof-of-concept with strong niche appeal but minimal content. The game consists of four short scene interactions in a single room—each lasting roughly a minute—with no narrative framework or progression beyond watching encounters play out. Character design and animation quality draw genuine praise, and the exhibitionism + body-type focus appeals to its intended audience; however, the lack of story, dialogue, or meaningful gameplay leaves players waiting for substantial updates rather than a complete experience. Technical issues plague the current build: Linux/Proton users encounter crashes on default settings (though a workaround exists), and several players report lag and input problems. The dev shows promise—polished character work and a clear creative direction—but this is an alpha framework, not a finished game.
