Curse of the Nether Regions

Curse of the Nether Regions is an adults-only 2D side-scrolling Metroidvania set across eight biomes. You play as Minerva, navigating a world caught between three cosmic domains—the upper realm Ea, mortal realms, and the Nether Regions below. A goddess of corruption named Culiebra has grown powerful enough to destabilize the barriers between worlds and seeks total dominion. Combat revolves around mixing and matching skills and equipment to defeat enemies and bosses. The game features fully animated sexual encounters with defeated foes and multiple "bad end" CG scenes depicting Minerva's corruption.
