Canvas & Chaos is a narrative-driven visual novel set at Thornfield College of Arts, an elite institution where talented young creatives vie for recognition and success. The game follows Julian, a reclusive 21-year-old painter of haunting landscapes, and Aidan, a charismatic 22-year-old sculptor known for bold, aggressive work. When forced into a senior project partnership to create a collaborative piece exploring "duality," their initial antagonism gradually transforms into something neither anticipated. As Julian and Aidan are forced to spend late nights in the studio together, emotional walls begin to crack. What starts as professional conflict evolves into charged moments—lingering glances, accidental touches, silences heavy with unspoken meaning. Both carry their own secrets and insecurities: Julian harbors a past trauma that keeps him isolated, while Aidan masks deep-seated fear of mediocrity behind charisma and perfectionism. The game explores their slow-burn romance against a backdrop of campus politics, jealous rivals, and the looming reality of graduation.
