Body Sushi (Nyotaimori) is a 3D sushi-restaurant sim built around the novelty premise of using your female staff as living serving platters. Fans of the concept praise its faithful recreation of sushi-making steps, a relaxed atmosphere, and gradual character progression through tip-based affection systems — three recruitable girls, light dress-up options, and some CG scenes unlocked at the endgame. The core idea earns genuine goodwill, and the price is considered reasonable for what's there. The recurring criticisms, however, are hard to ignore: the loop becomes repetitive fast once the novelty wears off, the grinding for affection is slow by design, character interaction feels thin, and several reviewers were put off by the AI-generated art and voice work. On the technical side, the game carries meaningful rough edges — a front-desk softlock if you skip it, sushi-snap bugs that force trash-can workarounds, and several missing or broken UI numbers — enough that the experience can feel unfinished. For players drawn specifically to the nyotaimori theme and low-stakes management play it can scratch that niche itch, but those expecting either a polished sim or substantial explicit content are likely to walk away disappointed.
