Black Incense is an adult RPG and visual novel set in modern-day London. The game features an extensive prologue with character creation through branching narrative choices that determine your background, personality, and relationships—over 10.5 million possible story variations before the main campaign begins. From Season One Episode One onwards, the branching narrative expands across the city's supernatural and social landscape, where your choices shape relationships, personality traits, and the power dynamics around you.
