You awaken in a hospital room of an abandoned facility, where you meet Yukina, a cautious young girl. Together you must survive in a world slowly crumbling into ruin. The game follows your shared life in an isolated mountain trailer, combining survival exploration, turn-based combat against creatures called Akuma, character progression, and intimate encounters with Yukina. By day you venture into desolate cities and dungeons—scavenging for supplies, medicine, and ammunition while battling threats. By night you spend time together in your shelter, building your relationship through conversation and physical intimacy. As you explore abandoned locations, you uncover fragmented records left by previous inhabitants, gradually revealing the mystery of the world's collapse. The game features exploration-based progression across various environments including urban ruins, forests, caves, hospitals, and a mysterious research facility, with a community hub serving as a base for preparation and supply trading.
