Big Brother: Ren'Py - Remake Story

Editorial Meh

Big Brother: Ren'Py Remake is a sandbox-style adult game built on the legacy of a cult classic that's been remade and restarted multiple times over the years. Players praise the character models—particularly Lisa—and appreciate the scope of the open-ended design, but consensus feedback highlights serious grind-related frustration: progression requires expensive plot devices, meaningful sexual content is sparse and slow to unlock, and the story heavily favors NTR (the antagonist Eric dominates scenes while the protagonist is marginalized for much of the game). The game appears to lean into fetish content that not all fans of the original wanted. Recent reviews suggest the project faces development uncertainty—there are mentions of hard-drive loss and financial backer withdrawal—and community concern about another potential abandonment is real. For players specifically seeking NTR and willing to use cheat mods to bypass grind, there is content to engage with; for those expecting a faithful, protagonist-centered remake of the original, disappointment is common.
