A visual novel parody set in the Family Guy universe, following Stu as he travels back in time to prevent a near-death experience, only to discover that his interference with the past has unexpected consequences. As Stu navigates the timeline, he influences events in ways that reshape relationships and outcomes across multiple character routes. The game features branching paths centered on various female characters—Lois, Donna, Bonnie, Connie, and Meg—each with distinct storylines, romantic developments, and relationship outcomes. Gameplay focuses on choice-driven narrative with an emphasis on character interactions, humor, and mature romantic content, with optional "gigachad" playthroughs offering alternative paths through the story.
