In a world where magic coexists with modern science and technology, an underground society of 'handymen' carries out irregular jobs beyond the law's reach. When assigned to protect Ruru, a mysterious girl suffering from amnesia, their chance meeting sets off a chain of events that gradually affects everyone around them.
