Angst is a story-driven visual novel about a married couple, Claire and Miles, as they navigate Miles' newly expressed fantasy of sharing his wife with other men. The game explores themes of trust, communication, and the emotional toll this unconventional arrangement takes on their relationship, including feelings of jealousy, insecurity, and emotional conflict. Players make choices that shape the narrative's direction and outcome. The game includes an accompanying spin-off visual novel, Claire's Hotpast, a linear anthology where Claire shares past romantic encounters with Miles, featuring branching moments tied to main-story choices.
