Amakawa

An adult RPG set on a company-owned island where you learn Japanese to progress. You play as Eric (a Norwegian IT engineer) or Carina, arriving for your first day at work without knowing the language. The game teaches you vocabulary through interactions with coworkers and island machines that respond only to Japanese commands. As you learn, blurred Japanese text and voices gradually become clear, and you can disable this feature. The story follows your first day meeting eight NPCs, completing repair tasks, and navigating both workplace and voyeuristic encounters. With Adult mode enabled, you can discover seven optional scenes throughout the day, including explicit content. The game features full voice acting in Japanese and English, with roughly 20 minutes of gameplay for the first day.
