Editorial Don't bother
Alien Temptation is a broken mess that fails on nearly every technical front. Players report severe lag, missing core features (broken save system, non-functional menu navigation, absent enemies despite their narrative role), and game-breaking bugs—NPCs fail to spawn reliably, progression gates are soft-locked by missing items, and the opening cinematic is a seizure hazard of meaningless flashing. The few who pushed past these barriers found a tedious item-collection simulator with poor level design (pitch-black sectors, unclimbable geometry that softlocks the player). Community consensus is overwhelming: this is unfinished, borderline unplayable shovelware. One recent note suggests the developer may be rebuilding the game entirely—perhaps warranted.
