Adamas is a story-driven NTR game with striking character artwork and ambitious multi-route design—players praise the visual appeal and character potential, particularly protagonist Mel. However, the core experience is undermined by a jarring tonal clash: the hand-crafted AI character art and renders are consistently praised, but sex scenes cut to real-life porn footage featuring different-looking actors, shattering immersion and narrative consistency. The developers acknowledge this is a Beta and have publicly committed to replacing all real-porn scenes with AI/CG animation, which has energized some of the community. Beyond this, grinding mechanics frustrate players, and clarity around NTR route isolation would help set expectations. The game has genuine creative bones and a responsive team, but until the pornographic content aligns with the fantasy the rest of the game builds, the experience remains fragmented.
