A Lot of Ways is a branching narrative game centered on choice and consequence, with players navigating relationship paths (including NTR variants) across a college-town setting. The community appreciates the UI polish, character variety, and emotional beats—some moments land genuinely—but consensus points to serious mechanical friction: the game is built on overlapping stat, gift, and timing systems that players feel actively undermine the core appeal. The NTR path in particular has drawn feedback that it relies too heavily on checklist progression rather than organic world corruption and discovery. More fundamentally, the current build has a pattern of save-corruption issues and broken quest triggers (Deliver the Letter, relationship progression locks on specific paths) that require fresh restarts to work around, and the cheat-code unlock system is frequently non-functional across patches, making access inconsistent.
